The Staff

Maria is an American Board of Opticianry Certified Optician (ABO-C) and a Certified Para Optometric (CPO).  She has worked in the healthcare field for 16 years, with the last 10 years being devoted to Optometry.  She has recently relocated from Northern California where she worked as a Certified Optician along with being the practice Marketing and Technology Coordinator.  She is our Office and Optical Manager.  Should you need anything from us, please contact Maria and she will assist you with all of your questions and needs.

Sidnee Factor is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree is Childhood Development.  She taught elementary school for several years prior to starting her family.  Sidnee has been a front office supervisor for more than ten years.

Michael was born and raised in Phoenix.  After graduating high school he attained a Certificate in Computer Information Systems and Maintenance from PVCC.  He has worked in the most aspects of the Optical field for the last 8 years with his start being in the laboratory, manufacturing lenses.  He was then later cross-trained to assist Dr.’s Factor and Lang as an Optical Technician and now you will find him in our Eye wear Gallery as an Optician.  Michael is married with 2 children.

Emily graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.  She used her degree to become a pharmaceutical representative for six years before entering the optometry field.  She resides in Phoenix with her husband and her twins.  You will find Emily at the front desk assisting you with all of your scheduling needs.

Bruce graduated from East Valley Institute of Technology Commercial Arts Program as a Graphic Designer.  After working the field he soon realized that he needed a more personal connection with people so he entered the Optical field.  Bruce’s design background is a positive attribute to his eye for aesthetics while he is assisting you in choosing your new eye wear.  Bruce resides in Phoenix with his wife.

Cathy has been an optometric technician for the past five years. She has received numerous accreditations in the ophthalmic field.  You will always find Cathy with a smile on her face and a contagious laugh to go along with it.  She plans to attend Midwestern University in the near future to obtain a degree in Optometry.
